WorshipClicks ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.

Data We Collect

iCloud Sync Data

Songs, setlists, and band sharing data are stored in Apple's CloudKit, associated with your Apple ID, and synced between your devices. We do not have direct access to this data — it is managed entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure.

Crash Reports

Apple automatically collects crash data for App Store apps. These reports help us identify and fix bugs. This data is anonymized by Apple before we receive it.

Data We Do NOT Collect

WorshipClicks does not collect:

  • Personal information
  • Analytics or usage tracking data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Device identifiers
  • Location data

We do not share any data with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

All user data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud container. We do not operate servers that store your data. Your iCloud data is protected by Apple's security infrastructure and your Apple ID credentials.

Data Deletion

Deleting the app removes all local data. iCloud data can be managed through your device's iCloud settings: Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
