By downloading, installing, or using WorshipClicks ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

WorshipClicks is provided for personal and professional use to create and manage click tracks for musical performances. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, graphics, and audio content, is the intellectual property of WorshipClicks and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Songs, setlists, and other content you create within the app remain your property.

iCloud and Data

The app uses Apple's iCloud service to sync and share data. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for data loss or issues caused by iCloud service interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorshipClicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
